One humorous shooting hoax after another. This one in Santa Barbara. There is a reasonable theory that states these hoaxes are SO BADLY executed, and BLATANTLY hosed up, that the originators WANT YOU TO KNOW how much they really don't care if you know it's a hoax. They really don't care.
